2. We advise you on your claim
A solicitor will advise you free of charge and without obligation on the best course of action for your claim.

3. We send you 'No Win No Fee Documentation'
According to our 'No Win No Fee Agreement' you will not pay a penny, whether you win or lose your case, provided you follow our advice.

4. We obtain evidence supporting your claim
To assist us with your claim we will request medical records, police reports, and supporting evidence from witnesses that will help us make a successful claim for you.

5. We arrange an assessment from an independent doctor
We will appoint a local doctor to prepare a medical report in support of your claim for compensation.

6. We will vigorously pursue your claim
If the other side refuse to accept responsibility for your accident or make an offer that is to low we will vigorously pursue your case and fight to obtain compensation for you.

7. We send you a cheque for 100% of your compensation!
If your claim is successful you will receive payment for 100% of your compensation. We will not deduct one penny form your claim.
