Man awarded £3,000 compensation after accident at work.

Mr Evans worked in a factory where there was oil leaking from a machine for a couple of weeks and the employer had done nothing about it. He was walking though the factory at the start of the shift when he slipped on the oil which had spread onto the walkway. He injured his back in this accident.

The client was awarded £3,000 in compensation for his injuries plus loss of earnings and other expenses. The fact that he pursued a claim forced his employer to review their health and safety policies and introduce new procedures. These procedures protected his colleagues from similar injuries ensuring that no-one else would suffer such an injury in future.
